Mark Paul
Chief Executive Officer
Mark Paul directs all phases of company activities and is directly involved in the strategic development and daily operations at StatWorks. In addition to his responsibilities as CEO, Mr. Paul participates in project teams with Statistics, Data Management, and other services, including business development and IT planning.
Prior to joining StatWorks, Mr. Paul served in various management positions for a large, multinational contract research organization as well as in several startup clinical development companies. He directed new product development activities for global eClinical initiatives, and lead teams through the complete product development lifecycle. Mr. Paul also performed operational and financial oversight for several large scale projects and NDA submissions.
Mr. Paul is a member of the Drug Information Association and the Project Management Institute. He is the author of several publications and has been asked to speak at various conferences, including the DIA and the Clinical Data Security Summit.
Mr. Paul earned his M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and his B.A. in economics and philosophy at the College of William and Mary.
